Shipping Policy

At Aggieland Outfitters we ship UPS Standard Service unless you select an alternative during check out. Unfortunately, UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you have a P.O. box please provide an alternate physical address for shipping.

Your credit card will not be charged until your items are ready to ship. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable.

*Gift Card Orders (that do not include other items) will ship for a reduced rate of $3.00.

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering, although some orders may take additional time. If your order is received after 4pm it will be processed with the next days orders. At This time we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note that 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air refer only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare and process your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Aggieland Outfitters has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can make it right.

For your security, we do not keep credit card information on file. This means we will need to call you to obtain that information. If you prefer we call you on a different number than you have entered on your order, please indicate that on your return.

Return Policy:

  • We accept all returns for a full refund. We’ll also pay shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
  • Please download the return form, fill it out, and mail it in with your item. Please return all items with their original product packaging. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
  • If you are not notified of your return within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.
  • If you’re in town, a sales associate at either store location would be happy to help you with your return.
  • Any return that is not the result of our error will be subject to a return-shipping fee. For your safety, we do not keep credit cards on file so please make sure that your credit card information is included on the return form!

Exchange Policy:

  • If you’ve received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same or a different item, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.
  • You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Drop-Ship Items:

Some items that are offered on the web are shipped directly from our vendors to you. This means that we do not have contact with the item before it ships to you. We apologize but expedited shipping is not available for drop-ship items at this time. Most drop-ship items will arrive within two weeks although some variance is normal.

We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our vendors. These items do require a special type of return and unfortunately cannot be returned like standard shipments. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause!
