What is your Return and Exchange policy?

Return Policy:

We accept all returns for a full refund.  We'll also pay shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  Please print out the return form, fill it out, and mail it in with your item.  Please return all items with their original product packaging.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  If you are not notified of your return within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.  If you're in town, a sales associate at any of our store locations would be happy to help you with your return.

Any return that is not the result of our error will be subject to a return-shipping fee.  For your safety, we do not keep credit cards on file; so please make sure that your credit card information is included on the return form!

Exchange policy:

If you've received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same or a different item, please fill out the appropriate exchange section on the form, return the original item, and we will send you the correct item.

How do I Return or Exchange an item?

Simply print out our return form, and ship us the product with the filled-out return form inside the package.

What does it mean when my order is "Not Synchronized"?

When an order has not been synchronized, it means we have not processed or shipped the order yet.  Usually when an order takes extra time to process and ship, it is because the order has not been fully filled.  Once we fill the order completely, we ship it out and process the payment.

Can I request a Catalog?

Sorry, Aggieland Outfitters does not have a catalog.  Luckily, the online store is super easy to use!  If you are still uncomfortable paying on the website, you can always make a phone order by calling us at (979) 775-45030

What happens to my credit card information when I place an order?

We do not keep any of your credit card information on file.  Because of this, we may need to ask you for your card information in order to assist you with order problems; so have your card ready when you call!

Can I pre-order items that are expected in stores soon?

Sorry, Aggieland Outfitters does not accept pre-orders.

How long should I expect to wait for my order to arrive?

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering, although some orders may take additional time.  If your order is received after 4 PM, it will be processed with the next days orders.

At this time, we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.  Please note that 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air refer only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare and process your order.  We are a small Aggie Owned company, please allow us 24-48 hours of processing time.  See the chart below to know when you can expect your order
