Delivery TimesIf you order by 1:00 pm we can typically deliver the same day, including weekdays and weekends. Excludes major holidays (Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving).
High Volume Days. During high volume sales days such as Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day, deliveries may take longer. During high traffic events such as Aggie Game days or Graduation, deliveries may take longer due to increased traffic.
Specific delivery time requests. We will do our best to meet all specifically requested delivery times but they are not guaranteed. We do guarantee same day delivery for all orders placed by 1pm.
Delivery AreaWe deliver to any Bryan or College Station address.
P.O. BoxesWe are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. address.
Delayed DeliveriesIn the unlikely event that there is a delay in the delivery, the delivery will be attempted the next day.
For business deliveries, if the recipient is not there, the business is closed, or there is a delay in the delivery, then the delivery will be attempted the next business day.
You will be notified if there is a delay in the delivery.
If No One is AvailableDepending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, leave the gift with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.
Request to Leave Item at DoorCustomer assumes all liability for requests to leave purchases. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Aggieland Outfitters cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Service FeesSame Day delivery is offered as a service to our customer at the same cost as standard shipping. There are no additional fees.
Incorrect AddressesAggieland Outfitters is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the purchaser. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Cancelling an OrderSame day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. We are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route, or delivered.

Invoice CopyUnless specified by the customer at the time of order to not include the billing information and invoice copy, the information will be included with your order.
Gift CardsPlease let us know if you would like a gift card included with your order. We can supply either blank or complete with a handwritten message inside.
WineWine cannot be included for deliveries at this time.
Recipient May Be ContactedIn some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure they will be available to accept the delivery.
Recipient Refusal of DeliveryIf recipient refuses acceptance of gift order, customer service will contact purchaser to make shipping arrangements.
