Return Policy

We offer exchanges and returns for store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and tags are intact. For returns to the original form of payment, there is a return shipping fee of $7.99. We do not refund original shipping fee.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days. 
• Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached. Additionally, all customized products, food, alcohol and clearance and sale items are final sale. 
• Apparel must have tags attached, free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.
• We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition. 
• Returns on orders purchased with a gift card and another form of payment will receive reimbursement back to the gift card first. 
• If you received the wrong item, or if the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described, we will happily waive all associated fees.
• In order to receive a full refund of an “required purchase item,” in addition to returning the “required purchase item,” you must also return all free accompanying bonus items. If the bonus item is kept upon return of a “required purchase item,” the price of the bonus item will be deducted from the refund.
