Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:


Aggieland Outfitters will accept returned or exchanged merchandise with proof of purchase, original vendor packaging, tags, and in the same condition as when it was sold. Used, worn, or washed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Returns are accepted for eligible items within 60 days of order date. Headwear must be in original condition with tags, and will be inspected upon arrival to ensure it was not worn/used. Sale merchandise, swimwear, masks and gaiters, personalized items, autographed merchandise, and custom orders are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective.

Merchandise returned within 60 days will be refunded in the form and amount of the original tender paid. After 60 days, Store Credit will be issued at the current retail price.

In-Store/Curbside Pickup/Local Delivery: As of February 12, 2022, you have 60 days to pick up your items or have your items dropped off. You will be contacted via email and/or by phone at around the 30, 45, and 55 day mark. Once it reaches 60 days we will donate the items purchased to charity and you will not be refunded the amount of the order. If there are any extenuating circumstances, please let onlineservice@aggielandoutfitters.com know.


To exchange for a different size or color, please include the order number and a brief note, and send to the address below.

*Please note that we cannot complete an in-store return without speaking to you over the phone, so if a phone number is not included we cannot process your return.*

If the return or exchange was not due to a defect or error, the customer will incur additional shipping costs.
