Return Policy
Aggieland Outfitters will accept returned and/or exchanged merchandise with proof of purchase, original vendor packaging, tags, and in the same condition as when it was sold/received. Used, worn, and washed merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Merchandise returned and/or exchanged within 60 days will be refunded in the form and amount of the original tender paid, as listed on the receipt. After 60 days, Store Credit will be provided for all returns and/or exchanges on merchandise currently in stores. Refunds and exchanges for merchandise not accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at its lowest selling price in the form of Store Credit. This is up to the discretion of the manager present; if there is not a manager currently present, it is up to the discretion of the acting manager.

If payment was by check, there will be a 10 day waiting period before credit can be provided. We cannot return or exchange personalized custom orders, unless defective. If the return was due to a defect or error, we will happily refund the cost of shipping.

If the return was not due to a defect or error, the customer will incur all additional shipping charges.

If the item being returned is an in store purchase, please include a short note with your name and phone number. 
*Please note that we cannot complete an in store return without speaking to you over the phone, so if a phone number is not included we cannot process your return.*
