Shipping FAQ

All orders are shipped through FedEx, UPS, or USPS to ensure that your Aggie gear arrives quickly and safely. Our cut-off for guaranteed same-day shipping is 1 PM CST. Additionally, we do not ship on Sundays.

Please note shipping rates are for US orders within the 48 contiguous states.

Some exclusions may apply to our offer of free shipping over $150. Higher shipping prices may apply for bulky or oversized items. We do not ship internationally, however, we are able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Military (APO/FPO) Addresses. Please be advised longer shipping times may apply.

 

In-Store Pickup FAQ

In-Store Pickup: As of February 12, 2022, you have 60 days to pick up your items. You will be contacted via email and/or by phone at around the 30, 45, and 55-day mark. Once it reaches 60 days we will donate the items purchased to charity and you will not be refunded the amount of the order. If there are any extenuating circumstances, please let online.service@aggielandoutfitters.com know.

 

Local Delivery FAQ

We now offer Local Delivery as an alternative to shipping! Those who live in Bryan/College Station are eligible.

Please Note: If you are a student, or reside in a gated apartment complex or dorm, please include a gate code or further delivery information to assist our Drivers in getting your Aggie Merchandise to you as quickly and effectively as possible
